Overview: Aricia started helping membership organisations when the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, the professional body of which Kirsten Tisdale is a Fellow, asked her to use logistics consultancy techniques to analyse their database - since then Aricia has worked with a number of other institutes, NGOs and charities

 

Services: We have helped membership organisations in two main areas.

 

Membership retention: Visualising and analysing membership; identifying trends and patterns; investigating differences between current and lapsed members - can include merging data from different sources.

 

Events targeting: Locating members on a map to see hotspots; identifying individual members who are likely to attend and producing lists for emails or mailshots - often delivered through training staff within organisations to use Microsoft MapPoint themselves.
